Common answers

Does fombr require theme code edits?
No. fombr uses Shopify ScriptTags, which means it injects the widget automatically without touching your theme. It works with any Shopify theme including Online Store 2.0.
The widget is not showing on my store. What do I do?
First, make sure the widget is enabled in your fombr dashboard (Customize page). Then hard-refresh your store (Ctrl+Shift+R). If it still does not appear, email us at support@fombr.com with your store URL.
How does the free trial work?
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before that with no cost.
How do I cancel?
Go to your Shopify Admin → Apps → fombr → and click "Delete app". Your subscription cancels instantly. You can also email us and we will handle it for you.
Will fombr slow down my store?
No. The fombr widget is under 3kb and loads asynchronously after the page. It has zero impact on your Core Web Vitals or Lighthouse score.
What data does fombr collect?
fombr collects impression and hover counts per product to power the analytics dashboard. We do not collect or store customer personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
